In a larger bowl or glass baking dish, coat the salmon fillets with the marinade. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425F. Scrape excess marinade off the skin of the salmon fillets and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet, skin-side down. Spread any remaining marinade on the top of the fillets. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 115F, about 15 minutes.
